It’s finally here: The long-promised recipe for using Mom’s biscuit mix to make super easy and incredibly delicious cinnamon rolls! It was worth the wait, though, because we found we could make our cinnamon rolls even better by letting them rest in the refrigerator before baking. You have to try these!

If you’ve never made cashew cream before, you may not realize how incredibly easy it is. It can be substituted for dairy cream in some of your favorite recipes and is a rich stand-in for non-dairy milk in others. Try it and let your imagination go wild!
Colleen Patrick-Goudreau’s The Joy of Vegan Baking is currently my favorite baking cookbook.
