Vegan Fluffy Buttercream Frosting from Chow
1/2 C. vegan shortening
1/2 C. vegan margarine
3-1/2 C. powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 C. soy milk
Beat the shortening and margarine together until well-combined and fluffy. Add the sugar and beat for about 3 more minutes. (It is likely you will need to add some of the liquid at this point. – Mom)
Add the vanilla and soy milk, and beat for another 5 to 7 minutes until fluffy.
